Daniel P. Menard, President & COO
            Dr. Menard has over 15 years of industrial and academic drug development experience, including a unique 14 year relationship with the four leading Universities in Quebec, Canada.  Over the years, Dr. Menard has acquired extensive scientific knowledge in neurochemistry, clinical pharmacology, drug development and administration.  After his Professoriate nomination from the well known Dr. Remi Quirion of McGill University, Dr. Menard joined AstraZeneca Montreal as the research unit’s first in vivo pharmacologist and led a team of scientists to build a world class CCAC and AAALAC accredited behavioral pharmacology facility. He developed Astra Montreal’s first candidate drug in record time.  In 2001, Dr. Menard joined MDS Pharma Services, where he continued his career leading the Company’s most extensive pharmacology portfolio. While at MDS PS, he held various positions, most recently Vice President and General Manager, during which time he managed a staff of over 250 employees world wide, and tripled the business in just three  years.
